From the Mount Norquay ski area, head north on trails before crossing the valley river and heading east up to the Cascade Mountain amphitheatre. Once in the amphitheatre, head up along the right ridge passing any difficulties by traversing on slopes to the right (snow early season - axe and crampons essential as it's exposed and a one-way trip to Banff if you slip. This is visible from the Trans Canada). At the final col before before the last 200m ascent, move to the left side of the ridge.
