Climbed with John, brilliant day out. Set off later in the day to get the afternoon shade from about 4. Fantastic summit.
Jonny Nick - AltLd O/S - 10/Aug/13
Led all pitches, started early to avoid as much sun as possible. Good route with 2 distinct cruxes
Mr Tickle - Lead O/S - 02/Aug/13 with tess mclaren
Only managed the first pitch. The wind was so strong that it was hard to stay upright at the belays, let alone padding up slabs. So saw sense, abbed off and walked up the tourist patch instead.
Toreador - AltLd dnf - 18/Oct/12 with Carmen
AM led the 5b pitch, had to go round 5c pitch as it was seeping badly. Snow on last few pitches
ayuplass - AltLd O/S - 02/Oct/12 with Ann marie
Hidden - AltLd - 07/Sep/12
Hidden - AltLd O/S - Aug/12
A pleasant slab route which is safely bolted. The 2 cruxes involve balance moves thru overlaps. There is gear to pull on if required on both. Finishes on summit and you can walk off.
