This crag has historically been used as a nest site for both ravens and peregrines. Currently neither are beleived to be nesting but if you do see either of these birds on or near the crag displaying nesting behaviour please contact access@thebmc.co.uk
Rockfax Description
An amazing line that tackles the roof above the cave. Start as for The Gates of Delirium.
1) 6b, 28m. Climb to the small cave/hole then up the overhanging crack system (threads and peg) to a flake (on Blitzkrieg) and move right. Head back left and then up and leftwards past pegs to below a groove. Climb the groove with difficulty (peg) to a ledge and small tree. Move up left to a belay on the left. Abseil station here.
2) 6a, 16m. Climb up over an overhang and onto a slab on the right. Move right to a niche then up to a thin crack system. Follow the wall left of the thin crack to another crack and finish up it. © Rockfax
