I've led 8 E3's before this and this had the hardest crux move by far. No idea how I actually made it, I did a weird cross-through with my feet while crimping desperately and did an overhead thumb catch on the upside-down rail, then matched that to traverse to the bulge on the right. Desperate! After that the moves ease off loads and it's pretty easy in comparison, though there isn't really much gear. Really happy not to have fallen off this!

I'll call it a flash as our ab was down the line and I definitely checked out the holds. The 6a crux went fine, but the runout was scarier than expected! Nice climbing on positive holds all the way.

Perfectly formed. A cold-blooded lead by Nick -- the top slab is serious.

Totally unbalanced route but pretty enjoyable.

At the end of the day as it was getting dark. I pulled up the ab rope to skip the crux & then escaped onto the E2 out right. One to come back for.
