Start from the base of the ridge just south of Guesachan and follow a series of buttresses close to the ridge crest to the minor summit of Meall a' Choire Chruinn. Continue on down to a shallow col and then up to the summit of Sgurr Ghiubhsachain. The route can be made as easy or hard as you want with variations from 1 to VDiff.

For a full day out complete the circuit over Sgorr Craobh a' Chaorainn which offers more entertainment on its summit crags.

Sgurr Ghiubhsachain 2785ft. A long day as you start from sea level. Fantastic views on a clear day. Scrambling on nice rock with mostly good friction. Can pick a variety of variations. Went on to bag the second Corbett Sgorr Craobh a'Chaorainn 2543ft. Nice easy scrambling to this top.

So much to go at. A great scramble. But take care, there was evidence of recent frost shattering with some big blocks having come away.

Some great scrambling on great rock, and a couple of Corbetts bagged.

A corbett bagging trip. Didnt realise there was a scramble here which was a pleasant surprise. Its easy to find yourself on much harder ground.
