First 7c. Took a while to figure out my beta, I think there are at least five ways of doing the crux. The send went smoothly in the end. Loved it.
DJ Nelson - Lead RP - 15/Mar/14 with Micaela Langellotti

UnkArl - Lead dog - 23/Feb/14 with James Long

James_L88 - TR dnf - 21/Feb/14 with Karl Gregory

2014 project. No clue.
lewiz - Lead dnf - 16/Feb/14 with Kamil Winczek

Superb climb, one of the best 7c's I've done in Britain I think. Long sustained crux section. Probably needs pretty good conditions, but not essential. Fairly soft but would be tough to onsight
Ged Desforges - 2014

Excellent route. Short but sustained

2nd go. Would've been a hard on-sight so pretty pleased to get it so quick. Avoided much fridge hugging & skipped the hard clip for added excitement.

Whoop whoop, 3rd day on it this year. Did it with the fridge-hugging method, managed to find a way to clip from the groove. (25-6/02/12 - progress: seem to have got a bit stronger, has unlocked new sequence to get foot on the jug eliminating a couple of faffy moves. best link from the ground to hugging fridge/heel in sentrybox now. basically on RP. 29/10/11 - just getting back into doing the moves 25/07/11 - getting back into the moves. Couple of short links through the crux. Still feels hard... 09-10/10/10 - 6 working goes over 2 days. Coming together. Cleanly linked from the jug to the top but only with clips in - finding the move to get stood on the jug a stopper after having made the clip over the roof. 26/09/10 - 2 goes working on crux. New beta makes the start of the crux easier and more repeatable. Think I've now got a working sequence but need to piece it together. 29/08/10 - 2 more goes on the crux. Got new beta but not much progress. 26/Jun/10 - no idea how to do the crux.)

First 7c well phyched. Did it at the end of the day as it was getting dark. Climbed first go today using a slightly different sequence. Amazing!

7c, oh yeah baby!!! 2nd redpoint this trip, after a session or so previously... not that I'm qualified to say, but I can't imagine that this is particularly hard for the grade...
