The Terrible Thing is one of the most impressive routes in North Wales, climbing the steepest part of the wall in it’s entirety. Bouldery low down and pumpy up top, the sections are split by a very good rest.
After doing the FA, George returned a little while later to find the bottom of the wall had been excavated another 10ft+. This revealed the hard bouldery section the route now starts up. Not long after, he added the new low start, climbing this incredible route in it’s entirety.

βeta: Provided the air temp is 4 degrees above the dew point you can climb here. Seepage is minimal and it's sheltered from rain. Both routes are worth 3 stars and are some of the best bolted lines in North Wales. | βeta? | |
