Nice first pitch, although lots of water running down it by the afternoon. Nick led the second, which was steep but short-lived.

I led the second pitch after a bit of a false start.

More icy than we thought on fist pitch. Real treat to get some early season winter climbed done in north wales. Super steep but short top pitch

Great little route, the top moves are good fun.

Bottom pitch good ice. Did original top pitch traversing out right - in book as 4, 'exposed traverse' good 5 on the day. Very poor spaced placements and gear well spaced -needs commitment from second as well as lead. Good job from Su to get it clean. Took belay just beyond crux. Final section suggested going to end of ledge - guarded by a half metre slab loosely propped against the face on the ledge -would require hooking over it. Did a stiff but short crack line instead. Rained nearly all day, miserable walk out. Want to come back for the new top pitch as it looks ace.
