30m. The major slab on So Far Away Buttress provides the longest pitch at Glen Croe - intense, intricate and worth ***. Climb the flakey left arete of the buttress and the slab directly above (bold) to the good main break beneath the bulge. Hard and committing moves over this lead to a wee spike jug and niche above. Place lots of gear and traverse right (bold) on the disappointing break until good holds lead to a sticky-out peg (worth backing up with cam in said break). Climb the very fine slab above or slightly rightwards (very bold) to the top and stakes on the right.
