1000m. A stunning ridge walk right to the summit of snowdon from the south west. feels like your in the alps on a sunny winters day. crampons and axe highly recomended, but no technical climbing required. (small obstacles can be found if you are that way inclined)

My first Winter route! Easy, but tiring and some hairy conditions on the ridge before we put our crampons on. Temperature on top with wind gusts was unnerving. papabear - Solo - 26/Jan/13
