This is a great, quiet route but hard to find. The start is up an easy, greenish slab, the first bolt is visible up and left (about 12m up). If you find yourself at the point where the col splits then you've gone too far. The book diagram does make sense if you stand 10m away from the rocks.
Nice 5a-6a sections split by easy scrambling. The bolts are only spaced on the very easy sections. We didn't find the last 2 pitches (the 'big ledge' isn't as welcoming as it sounds) so abbed from the first belay of the normal route (left a maillon)

Not 100% sure I've got the right route here, but I got up the index, woo hoo!

Climbed in the hail! pleasant climbing but felt soft for the grade.

Most pleasant climb, definitely improves further up. Thanks Chris, for leading the lot on a very lazy day. Felt a bit soft for 6a. Certainly, voie-frisson roche (also) 6a, but TD-, felt much, much harder than this one. Only two real technical bits, and then maybe 5c tops? Was a bit tricky to find the start. Picture was difficult to follow and description was (imho) too light. (The picture does make sense if you can stand in the right place). Basically, from the start of the scree slope on the SE side of the mountain go up about 50m. The first bolt is a good 10-12m up from the floor of the couloir, on the right side of the little gully. where it starts.
