Easily avoidable but the middle section of arete (the bit on better rock) gives great exposure and some mild technical moves which justify a grade 2, but can be made into a simple walk by keeping left.

Terrible weather, incessant rain moved in for the day as we got to the top of Sgurr Dearg, rest of day including this section was in poor vis and wet conditions, cloud base was about 100m. Would be a lovely route in good vis! However, scrambling was nowhere hard and rock quite grippy.
