General lack of protection possibilities and very polished rock. Hardest moves just off the ground.

Great to get to the top but the route itself is rather uninspiring, the Mod traverse on the other side of the ridge looks like much more fun. Gear was actually pretty sparse, only used one hex about half way. Climbing is easy but polished.

Beautiful day for it, blue skies and not a lick of wind. Climb itself wasn't tricky but gear placement was considerably harder than what I would've expected for what was supposed to be a VD

Was leading a group of Munro baggers
rain/hail/snow made the whole thing very slippery and cold.

Quite a bit of rock has come off since the route was posted originally making gear placement more scarce.
Think a lot of rock has fallen off. Pretty polished and not much good gear until you get a sling over a block on the corner. I would say much harder and more serious than VD.

Chucking it down. no sense of exposure, as there was no view of anything more than 10m away!

I managed to get half way up but the driving rain so chilled my fingers that I could not feel if I had a hold or not.

Elvis soloed, Joe led without gear and I seconded. We were on a traverse of the ridge but binned it after 16 hours. Scorching hot and not enough water. Mark rested at the bottom, he'd done it before.
