Incredible bold start, lacking any gear for the first 6 meters. If you come off just below the ledge you're in serious trouble - and just for that it probably warrents a HVS! However, after the first brilliant but tricky move, things ease and the climbing is of the highest quality throughout and not too difficult. Best climb of the day and I would give it 3 stars! Hard move to start to get up onto the arete, went left slightly to get a rest and some gear in, then powered to the top. Really not that bad once you get going. Quite enjoyed it actually, worth the stars. Felt like my first proper VS. 5a in WG, but I wouldn't know any different, didn't feel that hard.
