Rockfax Description
8m. Climb the rounded arete on its right-hand side by technical laying away to a grasping exit. Despite the name, an 'a cheval' approach is not a good idea, though a cavalier one might help! © Rockfax

Second go, and with a few pads and spotters. Hard bit is low and safe, but after you've rocked over on to the slab it looks disturbingly like a slide with a big drop and a pointy rock at the bottom. Nice little re-introduction to smearing.

Fell off and managed to grate myself on the way down. Stingy.

Second go after fingers just popped off pebble first time. Awesome route, with the wierd knee press beta.

Got hands on the top after a lot of working out but didn't want to go any further. Pebble Pulling.

2nd attempt, it's the most amazing climb I've ever done. I would recommend it to anyone.

Never been able to work this out before but with quality beta it felt fine.

Superb micro route. Grit at it's best, technical and gripping!
