Second time - first time I led this in 2008. Phil George belayed, Hok seconded. Damp when started - hard first part, rained - harder second part - more rain, and harder third part - once worked out how to get into bridge easier, then into corner, and thrutching to top - no nice holds at top! HVS 5a in the wet!

Practice to try and get my head 'round grit. Looks like classic climbing but seemed well protected. Quite tough lead though i reckon. Nice hand jam at top.

At the bottom over the blocks you need Big (with a capital B) gear, or you wont get anything in not hard just green and awkward. Top lovely if you want to practice your bridge technique

Very disappointing. Not worth any stars, though the middle section was quite pleasant. Full of fine ash as well, not sure if it was the remains of a barbecue or someone's grandma.
