Traverse East from Lulworth Cove along the horizontal fault between the slabs and roofs until you reach the Fossil Forest where you can exit easily upwards (about 10m past the MOD fence - check the range is open). In the CC guide in 13 pitches - possible in less. About halfway along is the large ledge on the scramble access to Amphitheatre Roofs - a good spot for lunch.
