6am start from Chabod hut, poor choice of boots/skis/bindings and fitness meant quite slow going! Bonus that we had the summit ridge to ourselves and also the ski down! Boxed after 14 hours on the go. Definitely "outside guidebook" time. Mental note: Pack a lot less.
