Bold move to get to the break and place a cam, trust in footwork is essential but difficult as the surface of the rock is loose grit! Once there you can rest easy and maybe get some gear in cracks on the right of the arete. Then is another committing move on small footholds to reach another sloping loose grit surface! and then the nice layback crack out. Would not have done it on lead! Although I proved I could have.
