The crux on this shapely little groove is actually getting across to it from the left, which is also the hardest single move on The Black Traverse. The lower groove itself is S0. Beyond its end, you'll probably need to add an S grade or so for a left-hand exit, or give your fingers a further workout if you continue higher/rightwards above water. © ROCKFAX
