Had to aid the crux on P2. Absolutely brilliant route. Solid rock all the way and a strong line

I led pitch 1 (5a+), started to wander onto the 6a to the right but luckily Carmen noticed. C led pitch 2 which was very hard at the crux (probably 5c+ rather than the guidebook 5b+) but right by a bolt. I led pitch 3 (5b), unnerving crux as it was wet. Pithc 4 (5a+) was easier but still interesting, C's lead. I took the last (5b) pitch, which had a mountaineering feel - the rock wasn't as suspect as suggested. A superb route, fairly sustained at around 5b throughout, and well bolted (the guidebook suggestion to take a small rack
was uncalled for).

Even pitches, move on the second is definitely high in the grade and it helps if you are tall.

Great climb with lots of variety. Everything from delicate slab climbing to juggy overhangs. Led pitches 1,3 and 5. Crux on pitch 2 is tricky if you are small and felt more like 5c+ than 5b+

Agree with others that the move on pitch 2 for 5b+ is significantly harder than what's on the 5b pitches - at least 5c seems fair.

Debbie led p1, I led p2 & 4. Roger led p.3 &5. Most people found p.2 to be tough, I would give it 5c+. It is certainly harder than some of the other 5c's I have done this week.

An enjoyable ramble which brings you quite abruptly to the summit ridge, but as Pete said, P2 is a sandbag. Better grade the pitch 5c+ or 5b/A0, which makes the route much more consistent.
