20m. Follow the main Gill with a few short easy ice steps until after some time you reach the a fork in the stream at 400m. Follow the lefthand fork where the stream steepens towards Red Tarn with a few short ice pitches until you finally arrive at the steep upper Ice Fall. 3 choices from here: Lefthand route - Grade II Centre route - Grade IV Righthand route - Grade III
