Deceptively pumpy climb to finish the day
BTphonehome - Lead O/S - 19/Aug/15 with Matt

Feels like this should continue upwards rather than treading rightwards. Nice moves at the beginning.

0.5 cam, 3/4 nut, 2 cam (dodgy), 1.5 cam. Had a horrible time on this. Mentally couldn't commit to the moves which need to be done fluidly and quickly. I had to put it together piece by piece. First moves - right jam, left layback, foot on edge to the right, left foot smear, left hand to edge, right hand to jug, jam feet.

was hard and quite skechy at times good gear but only a few places to put them unless in small nuts range. had to climb above most gear placed and certain chance of decking before you get to the big shelf once on there pile the gear in again :)

BY TORCHLIGHT!! climbed in the dark, by head torch, and Hugh's life size immatation of the sun. almost fell off 3 feet above a size 3 BD microwire, if that had ripped i would have been on the ground, luckily i was left hanging off one arm, 30 feet up :S

Backed off as it looked far too hard.

It was bloody hard! The gear behind the crucial jug is pretty worrying too.

This is def E1, the gear is good lower down but for the crux its a crappy nut behind a hollow sounding horn. On my lead attempt i fluffed the crux and the gear behind the horn ripped, thanks to good belaying by john my bum only gently touched the floor after falling 30ft!
