Very good tonight. Dry, great friction. The quartz pebbles change from being the essential footholds when the wall is damp, to being slippery and almost secondary to smearing the blank slab.

An 8x4 sheet of caber-board had been left at the bottom which made a perfect landing pad. Cleaned ground up with a sharp stick. (See photo)
