Plumline Arete E3 6a
7m. Eliminate. Place side runners in the start of Promontory Direct. Step down and climb the nice arete between the start of Promontory Direct and Plumline Crack, without using the cracks on those routes.

Top roped with Stu to help work the moves for his lead attempt... he got it dialled, so got the lead done! I didn't quite manage the match on the arete and step up to the jugs. Got the hard moves coming out Promontory crack tho!

Had a bit of a rethink about this route. I think it's best to climb Plumline Crack to the big flat hold, place gear and then step left and climb the arete from there - it flows better as a route.

May have on-sighted, but it's tough to know what holds were in the route. Eliminated everything except the arete afterwards though, so definitely earned a true ascent!
