(5b, 5c, 6a, 6a+, 6a+) Plastic holds bolted onto the face of the Luzzone Dam. The world's longest artificial route, with more exposure than a bulldog's testicles. Very well equipped and easy to abseil off should you need to (some of the pitches are longer than 30m, so you'll need a long single or doubles/twins to escape). Otherwise it's an easy walk back down once you've topped out. 20CHF fee and a 100CHF refundable deposit (2007).

βeta: Holds all in good nick, only one creaked. Belays all dual hangars, chain and two rings. Recently upgraded ledges are quite spacious so can rest toes between pitches and even coil a bit of rope. Once booked online collect the ladder key from ‘Restorante Luzzone da Angela’ at the top from 0800 and drop back at your leisure the same day once ladder locked, they’re open until 0000 if you have an epic. Good parking right next to the start and well sign-posted. 30m walk back to base along road and footpaths (red and white marks). | βeta? | |
