450m. One for all those people who miss-judge the start of Golden Oldie! (200m north of true summit ribs - about NN186735 bang on the 750m altitude mark.) Obvious double/forked gully to the left. Just trend up the right hand side of pyramidal face. Steep start easing off to slab and turf steps and a rocky tower (crux). Narrows to fine arête onto summit plateau. Best done moving together, means faster (4hrs). Doubtless done before, and will be so again.
