28m. A great outing through some impressive territory. Climb the flake-crack up the left-hand side of the huge flake of The Pedestal. To stop the rope jamming, try fixing a runner out left to direct it away from the crack, then pull over the bulge and finish up the deep groove. (The S4a variation as described in the rockfax guide).

Did in one pitch. Very enjoyable. Tried "normal" pedestal route but I misread guide and told leader to go left under the pedestal. Rope prone to jam under the roof.
