E4. A route up the right-hand side of the wall based on an old route called Excitation. Take a full rack.
1) 5, 25m. Climb cracks to a niche.
2) 6b, 25m. Climb the steep wall then move right and up another wall. Traverse left to a small cave and thread belays.
3) 6c+, 35m. Climb up then right to cracks, up these to a belay.
4) 6c, 25m. Climb cracks on the right past a peg and over a small roof to a stance in a niche.
5) 6b+, 25m. Follow the obvious traverse leftwards, past 2 bolts, to a crack. Climb up, then left and up to a ledge.
6) 6a+, 30m. Climb over the bulge on the left and continue leftwards past a peg until you can climb direct to the top. © Rockfax
