Another great DWS traverse. A 360 degree excursion through the Blue Grotto. Start at mid tide or lower. Follow the headland to the Promontory and descend its S side. Working clockwise pass beneath an awkward prow (the same point can be reached by passing through the eye of the needle from the north side of the promontory). Continue into the Blue Grotto past an arete to hard moves down an overhanging wall to a huge jug. Interesting and sustained traversing leads under the rock bridge and eventually to your starting point at the obvious slit.
