Under the Plough* VS
20m. This is the rightmost climb on the Far East Buttress. Where a stone wall just fails to meet the crag there is a right-facing corner. Climb this to a big ledge sporting a large block. Continue up the arête with some difficulty to another big ledge. Finish up the arête above, via some technical moves.

Ticklists: Rog Wilko's Neglected Gems in The Lakes.

Despite being divided into three by large ledges this is an excellent addition to the crag. Excellent rock. The climbing is very sustained apart from the ledges, and I felt it was very near (if not beyond) the top of the VS grade. VS+ 4c+ would be my assessment (though I'm getting a bit past it). There are some pictures on the F&R website and also details of other new routes on this buttress.
