Took a few near-ground whippers, and then accidentally side-loaded the same wire by the belayer pulling tight when I started slipping off, and ended up pulling it out, leaving me clinging on for a few seconds and then decking out! Bold start but at one point I almost did the hard bit!! Next time.......
