230m, 4 pitches. The Left fork of George. Follow the left fork and climb to steep chimney bulges hopefully on ice to return to George before the last pitch.

Ticklists: 3 star Scottish winter.

Great route. Soloed up to the fork, and then took two pitches to the top. Nick led the first, which had a couple of pokey steps. I led the continuation grooves, which were pretty cruddy but good fun. Moved quickly -- six hours car to car, followed by a 12 hour drive back to Bristol.

Soloed up to the fork, a bit worrying going over that new chockstone. I led the main gully section, Alex took a bold pitch up left above the belay to the top.

Good conditions on the route. Followed a steep grove (fun & bold)at the top, just to the left of the fin of rock which separates Sinister Prong from George.

Alternative finish to George- their is an obvious in situ belay at base of pitch(left of and parralel to Georges chockstone pitch). Two very steep ice bulges- the second has 2 old pegs at base.
