UKC

90m, 2 pitches. An immaculate mixed climb taking the turfy corner groove (unclimbed in summer) between the summer lines of Grey Slab and Grey Arete. It requires good conditions for the ephemeral ice on the second pitch to form thickly enough to allow a precarious exit.
P1 6 40m Climb the corner/groove to a belay 5m below the overlap. Sustained interest with mostly good gear.
P2 5 50m Traverse the slab leftwards and make some precarious shuffles up to gain the thin ice. Surmount the step and finish boldly up the hanging ice slab.
