Rockfax Description
A circuitous wander up the right side of the big slab; top entertainment! Start a little right of the lower triangular recess. Climb the left-trending crack, then break out slightly right, to gain and pass a horizontal break. Keep moving up and right, until it's possible to climb direct to the overlap above. Complete your foray by climbing diagonally leftwards all the way to a junction with the previous routes. © Rockfax

This had been on my to do list for years but there were points on it when I seriously wished I wasn't there. Mentally demanding and somewhat stressful, to say the least.

My first ever E2. Sustained from the moment you step off the ground until the moment you pull over the overlap. Small gear comes in handy.

hard, tiny feet, didn't believe some moves would work. Amazing.

went slightly off route here but still did the crux - which felt at least 5c on its own, let alone the slightly dodge gear. E3 5c for sure!!

Got scared on lead from lack of protection and need for precise and considered footwork (lacking) and downclimbed to let Tim lead through

Sustained on small Quartz crimps. Will be interested to see if this grows into an E3 one day...
