Rockfax Description
High on the Richter Scale and could be 7c. A 20m monster jug run with plenty of knee bars! Start up Whipping Boy then traverse right along the bedding plane. At halfway some tough lock-offs gain a knee bar shake at a big wedged block on A Short Story About Power. Continue right on the upper lip then drop down to eventually gain the jutting block on Bull Shift. Rockover direct from here as for Bull Shift. © Rockfax

UKC Logbook Description
High on the Richter Scale and could be 7c! This classic 20m roof offers a monster jug run with plenty of knee bars! Start up Whipping Boy over the first roof then traverse right along the huge bedding plane. At halfway some tough lock-offs gain a knee bar shake at a big wedged block on A Short Story About Power. Continue right on the upper lip then drop down to make more tough moves to eventually gain the huge jutting block on Bull Shift. Rockover direct to the top from here as for Bull Shift. Lower-off last bolt.

So named to remember Pete’s displaced return from living in Christchurch, New Zealand where the city was sadly destroyed by earthquakes in 2010 and 2011.
