Good Neve on most of the route. Dry just below the chockstone on the main gulley The Icefall was mostly good, a little thin in a couple of spots; turf was in very well. Not a true OnSight as I did the right branch last year.

Amazing. Flier from York 20:30 Friday eve and headtorch tromp up to whisky and cold camp at Sprinkling Tarn. Up at sunrise and first on route - John and I on one rope and Rich and Neil on another. Topped out into sunlight on top. Superb day and top way to celebrate Rich's birthday.
