Very thin all the way to the amphitheatre with enough running water to make the whole thing quite a challenge! The 2nd pitch involved technical mixed climbing on loose rock at about V6. However, the reward for all this grimness was an immaculate Right Hand Finish, and nobody else in sight on a glorious sunny day. Drove to Nether Wasdale from Gosforth & walked in from there - bit touch & go due to ice & compacted snow.
