Remember to position the ab ropes carefully so that they pull!! 1 x 50m would be just enough but 1 x 60m would be better. Sentry box was greasy and the exit cracks were dripping...decided to leave for another day....very unpleasant ab through the thorns followed by walk (by Phil!) back to the top to retrieve the ropes!!
