Me and Matt cruised up this to sit on the top, nice climb, but great position to sit in when your finished. Watched the sun lower slightly then realised we had to do the quite scary downclimb! Turned out not to be as bad as I had remembered and felt much more solid this time round.

Rory bobbed up in his trainers and we felt obliged to follow also in trainers... did the cliffhanger jump of glory to get off which has to be easier and safer than the down climb.
