Simple summer scramble up a cobble scree with large boulders. Increasingly mossy and damp as the gully narrows towards the top. WARNING TO ALL: there has been a recent rockfall at the entrance to this gully, probably a large boulder off the top that has chipped the rockface on the way down, then shattered and topped the scree with a very unstable pile of large rocks that have to be clambered over to get into the gully. Take care or avoid - I would leave this route for a season or two to let it settle down.
