Bowser's Castle HVS 5a
15m. Quite good albeit a bit eliminate. Start 3 metres left of the flake and climb up to below a white scoop. A couple of hard moves into the scoop gain a small foot ledge (thread). Climb straight up past the thread and climb through the small overhangs right of Gremlin Groove. An easier but equally good starts just left of Bard the Bowman.

Climbed Bard way too often so when George led that I took the opportunity to give this a go, not knowing what it was. Thought 4c/5a, will definitely be back for the lead.

Nice little route. Felt very hard both for HVS and for 5a. However the facts that this was the first climb of the day, one of my fingers was achy and the sun was in a position so that I could almost not see anything did probably not help. Felt more like E1 5b...
