A good route that struggles to justify the grade - only a blinkered ascent warrents E5 as escape is only ever an arm-stretch away. Resisted all temptation and took the line clean with some very nice moves. The friend protection was useless - though I no doubt had the wrong size and the wrong type as it wouldn't stay in long enough for me to clip it so I carried on without.
