Had an absolute nightmare on the last pitch. Meant to go for Micah's but got lost and tried to go up the corner then traverse (fairly hard). Ended up following the crack and falling out near the top and finishing up the normal curry route. The top of the crack definitely felt more like 5a

Was going to do plum but someone on it so just did next route left. Might have been this!

Lead the duff plum pitch. Too thin for hands too wide for fingers. Aard!
JamesWilliams - AltLd O/S - 15/Apr/15 with oli grounsil
micah start - thin on gear, and duff plumb finish fantastic good gear.

Emily led P1, then me P2 to big ledge where Micah start crosses....there we went wrong....I followed Micah eliminate for a bit then the first part of Lleolwyr finish ,then traversed left on a thin hand traverse to finish up Treemudrock finish which has a tricky jamming crack - pretty tough for a 4c.....overall grade for this variation probably HVS 5a?
stratandrew - AltLd O/S - 04/Apr/15 with Alexandra Pawlik, Emily Pitts
We alternated leads for the first three pitches, Matt S belayed me for the final pitch from the belay stance for Christmas Curry (Severe), I started up the first part of Lleolwyr Finish and then traversed across on a very narrow ledge to finish (with difficulty) up the top section of Treemudrock Finish...

Embarked on Micah Eliminate but reached the arete too low to join upper crux of The Plum just in time for a 5a-ish move stepping high up and left. Luckily, I managed to get 2 nice wires into the thin crack which made it enjoyable. Apparently a common mistake. A nice variation.

Might be in a long line of people who took the wrong route by mistake and ended up on a much tougher last pitch than I was hoping for. My advice is don't use the Rockfax NWales classics as a guidebook on this one.

I led first 3 pitches (S) - very enjoyable climbing on great rock. Matt led the 4th pitch for the Plum Duff finish - a really strenuous crux layback, but well protected. Great climb.

Tom lead P 1+2 together and I lead P 3+4 together. Cleaned the route as part of the tremadog fest.

went alittle off route, was aiming for the traditional route, throught we were on it, as it turned out it was a combination of Lleolwyr with treemudrock finish, certainly harder than the server i thought we were on :)

Led P1 & 2 together, and the Treemudrock finish, which was vegetated and about 5a. And not very good. Boo.

Aiming to the normal finish, but just ended up. Wet rock, rain and trainers with very loose shoelace did not help, and I slipped at one stage after the crux in leading.
