Lead pitches 1,3,4. Cheeky crux on P1 although the rock takes gear readily (take two sets of nuts). Exellent exposed climbing throughout, I'm suprised the route isn't polished to death. No dissapointing grassy breaks bewteen pitches here, a true classic.

Did the final pitch in the dark (very slowly as it was really slimy). Topped out in sideways sleet/ice-crystals. Pitched the final scramble out as was so wet and slippery. Very glad to see 2 of my friends at the top who'd set up a belay for me - cheers guys! For better enjoyment I'd recommend doing it on a nice sunny summers day.

A fantastic climb with bag of exposure. Spoilt only by the idiot climbing so close to my second across the treverse that he was almost one move away. He then climbed through, running pitches 4 and 5 together, putting himself out of earshot of his second and despite the warning, suffering loads of rope drag. She ended up crossing the arete, very apologetically, with coils of rope in her hand - which although she said she knew the route, would possibly have been fatal if she tripped and fell. A lesson in not being polite and to carry on climbing. Good luck whoever is climbing with him in the Alps; you'll need it if he always climbs with so little regard to the safety of his second.

Wonderful day out - Mark did the last pitch after I was rushed along the traverse by the chap who described us as a rather slow rope of three! Fair enough - but I would rather have enjoyed it at my own pace - "Just stretching my legs" he said! Well - bully for him! I thought his second was jeopardised by his slack seconding - but he's obviously got a wealth of experience and what do I know! The top pitch is a bit like Doorpost at Bosigran.

Myself and Will alternated leads, him 1,4+5, me 2 and 3. Pretty sure i was in the wrong chimney on pitch 3 (i didn't know i had passed the belay) and we never really worked out where we were after that. Ended up on easy ground with a trick 4c section. Really want to do more multi-pitch now, just have to learn to read guidebooks first!
