Starting from inside the pit warrents V2ish I think
al123 - Sent - 20/Apr/12

Pretty bold above a terrible landing. If I was suggesting a Trad grade I'd head for E1 5 a/b, certainly with a Rockfax tea by symbol as I had to put in a move more than Tom.

Looks scarier than it is, as the holds are really positive, but the landing is not very nice even with a bit of snow! Hard to grade, maybe HVS 5b or E1 5a.....

The striking highball arete on the large block next to Gorilla Warfare, bad landing but good, though spaced, holds (assume I've got the right problem in the logbook!). The hardest moves are towards the bottom, which is just as well as falling off wouldn't be a good idea. Didn't use the pocket. No one followed me on this one... A nice finish to a good day's bouldering with Ian W, Tom and Mike D. Blue sky, at times a bit cold in the wind but mostly not too bad. Before doing this, we were playing around on Mini Prow, did a V3 traverse on the LH side going into Mini Prow, as well as a short traverse from the right arete with a throw for the good edge on Mini Porw, also about V3 but much cruxier.
