Approach pitch (P1 of intermediate Gully) was nasty and we did on the right instead. Me P1 & P3. Colin P2. P1 'greasy crack' was OK providing you just used it for gear and kept yer fingers out. the step onto the arete was bold and unprotected. P3 traverse to the spike delightful and the holds then excellent. protection sparse. Fantastic Route. Very highly recommended.

AWESOME climb! (for the main pitch - pitch 3 I think, up the arete). Easily one of the best VS's I've ever done. Led the two 4c pitches. Luke did the heinous pitch 1 of Intermediate Gully (I think it's called). It's got no gear so it's a solo - well done to that man! (the pitch can be protected with a big enough cam, mind)

P3 felt very bold above the loose spike. Also, notice that the guidebook says "start from the top of P1 of intermediate gully", not "climb P1 of intermediate gully". If you're not good at traditional technique then that's probably the hardest part!
