really good, unpolished climbing on the second and third pitch. i thought the second pitch was hard for HS and very hard for 4a. possibly no single move deserves 4b, but the climbing is quite constant. very reasonable gear if you have some small wires.

Nice climbing. Quite a bold tricky section on pitch 2. Only the vaguest hint of the polish mentioned in the guide - I can only think the author is confused with another route.

Didn't bother to faff with gear on pitch 1, just scrambled up. Led pitch 1 after a wobble and disco legs 2 metres up it got slightly easier but run out in places.

Did in 2 pitches via Piton Route stance 2 somehow. I bottled out of leading the top of PR (too early in season!) and traversed left back onto the route. A great outing! It was raining all around us but not in the gorge until we finished :)

1st pitch scrambled to ledge below official start of 2nd pitch, 2nd Pitch (Dan) nice grippy rock with a couple of tricky moves. Crux is traverse after the spike. Comms very difficult due to road noise. 3rd Pitch (Me) technically easier but rock not as sticky and a bit polished in places. Nice climb, but can someone please take a pair of secateurs up to deal with that fiesty little Hawthorn bush on the 2nd pitch
