Had a mare on this one....my belay device (on the back of my harness) clipped itself in to the quickdraw of my gear as I moved past it. When I looked back and tried to release it my helmet got stuck...took me a few minutes and a good stiff talking to myself to calm me down so that I could continue! Charley seconded.
