Restricted Access
The crag was previously sorounded by trees and prone to dampness, forestry clearance has opened it up with an improvement in suitability for climbing. The crag rises to 13m and combined with suspect rock and steep ground below the crag, routes can feel serious for their grade. It has seen an increase in climbing activity in recent years with a number of new lines being claimed.
On the Hanging Stone, 10 mins walk north of the main crag and clearly visible above the track.
Takes the obvious line up the main west face going either direct at the top or stepping left into the alcove to finish up the fluting.
